"No one has heard of this place yet.  That's because we strive to keep it that way.  Apparently, my brother is really one stupid...."

"Wait a minute, your brother?  You have a brother out here?"  Kurama asked.  Keshiki and him had camped under a giant makai tree.  Keshiki had made a fire and caught something for their dinner.  The youkai was explaining to the redhead about their world.

"Yes, my brother Kurai.  He is lord here."

"So, who's responsible for getting me here?"  Kurama asked.

Keshiki blushed.

"Ahm, my brother I'm afraid."  He mumbled. not without shame.

"What does he want from me?"  Kurama asked quizzically.  Then narrowing emerald eyes the redhead added, "or should I say, what do YOU want from me?"

Keshiki stopped stirring the makai broth and stared straight at the redhead.

"I swear I had nothing to do with this.  What would I want with a human being for goodness sake?" He rasped.

Kurama just bowed his head, hiding a smile.  If only he knew who he really was.

"I don't mean to put that badly.  I just meant that I don't have any intention of...."

The redhead nodded.  "I understand.  Right now I just want you to tell me how to get back to my world."

"That may not be easy."

"Oh?  Why?"  The redhead asked, still not completely trusting Keshiki.

"My brother.  He has sent you here for a reason.  I don't think he would just let you go back to where you came from."

The redhead stared unblinking at the youkai.  So he really was trapped here.  Unless he meet this brother of Keshiki's, there was no chance for him to solve this mystery.  Maybe that brother had something to do with the youkai they were hunting in the makai.

"Would you take me to your brother then?"  Kurama asked.

Keshiki eyed the redhead grimly.

"I can't and I won't."

Kurama raised an eyebrow.

"I won't even bring my own girlfriend to him."

'I'm not a woman."  Kurama said again. Bypassing Keshiki's remarks about the `girlfriend.'  The redhead was exasperated beyond belief.

"It makes no difference.  You're too beautiful for your own good."  Keshiki murmured.

The youko just rolled his eyes.

"And by the way, what is your name?"

"Kurama."

"Ku-ra-ma...."  Keshiki repeated, savoring the youko's name.  "I like it."  He smiled brilliantly.

The redhead sighed.  The last thing he needed was an infatuated, lovesick youkai.
